Colleen LeMasters Creative (“CLCreative®,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at clcreative.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information about visitors to our Site and clients of our services.

Sharing Your Personal Information
We may share your personal information in the following situations:

We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics (Google Analytics 4), email marketing (Mailchimp), and payment processing (Square/WooCommerce). Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our Site. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time spent on the Site, and general location and device information. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, which prevents your data from being used by Google Analytics.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

CLCreative does not sell your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We have not sold personal information about California residents in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we do not intend to do so.

CLCreative does not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or similar technologies. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use our website, and we use service providers (such as our email marketing platform and payment processor) solely to operate our business. These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to perform services on our behalf and may not sell or share it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy.
