I haven’t had much to say lately because we are in the throws of baseball season and quite honestly, I’m barely keeping my head above water with all the work goings on. A social life is a foreign concept. But, I wanna update with something so I’m posting these pics of my view from the press box in Charleston, West Virginia.
And some things I look forward to seeing during pregame:
Maybe you can’t tell from this pic (I blame myself for not bringing my good camera) but Seth and Sam always toss the ball around in front of the dugout before the game starts. They usually work on short hop throws, with each of them brushing up on their picks. Since they are both seniors, I know I won’t see it for very much longer, so I like to take it all in. Especially because these seniors are my first class here in the Boot. They have made working all these hours a little easier, especially because they are so easy to PR (yes, I did just turn PR into a verb). Also of note, would be the intense game of flip going on in the background by our pitchers. You gotta love that.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I am gonna watch us win a ballgame. Then write about it.
Hey Colleen!
This is where Kevin went to school! How did you like good ole Charleston? 🙂 Hope all is well with you these days!
