I haven’t been terribly thrilled with my eating habits lately. I get home from work and the last thing I feel like doing is actually cooking, mostly because I have a serious lack of kitchen creativity these days. So in an effort to make my (spotty) workouts count for something, I have taken to making a menu for the week. It’s a bit obsessive, I suppose, but I’m trying it out in the hopes that I will be motivated when I do get home, since I already have a plan. And the food to prepare already in my fridge, thanks to a trip to the grocery store in which I weathered (pun intended) a thunderstorm. Thanks a lot weather.com. I had a plan and your inaccurate report messed it up.
